Yah, he is soo prepared. Must be a "Silver Buffalo" (highest scout award ever) actually JOy. He is WAY to prepared!
I don't know what the big deal is. We have that much put away for fashion emergencies... Doesn't everybody? I just appreciate the way he is taking responsibility for his actions. What a great role model!
