Choice #1: Ripstick (A Christmas gift, no less!)
Choice #2: ICE outside. ALL walking/driving surfaces are covered.

Just stay inside like us. We have had non-stop snow here in Utah for days now and have no plans to leave. I do love a white Christmas though, I will admit!
You are so blessed to live in Chicago. It isn't exactly hot here, in the low 60's, but it is bearable, so Shane and the kids are off to play basketball at the park. Have fun in the ice, we will have fun in the bearable 60's! :)
Or choice #3...take the Rip stick outside on the ice and try it. It would probably crack more than your head! Way to cover more parts of the body at once!

The ice looks bad! We are sitting inside with over a foot of snow right now. Samantha and her friend went out to play in the snow and could hardly walk. They each got stuck a couple times. Funny to watch from my warm house sitting in front of the computer feeling dry and warm. :)
