Yesterday, before heading out the door to school,
Ryan looked at me and said,
"I don't understand why we have outdoor recess.
We can only go on the blacktop and
they won't let us run
because we might slip.
So we just get to walk around
in circles."
Good point.

This makes me laugh! I remember trying to keep the kids from throwing snow when we let them play on the field. That is so hard! Then the ice--we didn't make them walk, but we did try and watch the ice carefully! Can you say L-I-A-B-I-L-I-T-Y!! :)
