Please, someone come rescue me from this utterly awful weather.
I am either going to:
1. go insane
OR
2. freeze to death
Those are my only two options!
This is my 8th winter in this dreadful coldness. I think I have done my time. Can't I get an early release for relatively good behavior?????
The snow is coming down so fast you can't shovel and keep up with it. It is suppose to get to -10 degrees wind chill today. I'm so looking forward to getting the kids to scouts, Taylor's wrestling awards night and Kristen's band concert tonight.....
Tomorrow the HIGH temperature will be -1 degrees and the wind chill will be -35 degrees. Who is their right mind lives here???????

Actually don't worry about the band concert and Awards Night! the district cancelled all of the events after school today! (i am at school)
Sorry that you are freezing, Joy. Makes our weather look like summer!
I don't get it. I mean with weather like that, you should really consider putting on a swimsuit to make a statement to the weather that says, "Hey, Weather, I don't care if your send more snow! Or cold! Or windchill! I'm my own person and darnit, people like ME!! Especially when i wear a swimsuit!"
Awhhhh, I am sorry Joy.
Oh, and did I mention...it is 70 today, 73 tomorrow and 74 the next day. The reason I mention that is because I was just wondering if you had any ideas of what to do in weather like this? Let me know. No hurry. Bye.
Oh, and just leave your ideas on my blog. I don't want to make anyone feel bad that also lives in cold weather, so lets keep your ideas between just us. Ok? OK. Bye again.
Kristina's sympathy is amazing! :)I'm sorry it is sooo cold Joy. I realize that this probably doesn't compare with your current pain, but 2 years ago there was such a bad inversion in January here that we couldn't let the kids out for recess for 10 days straight. Now talk about pain. 650 kids in school all day long. That was painful!
LOL Sorry about your wind chill. I don't mind the cold as much as gray murky skies. That's a tough one for me.
since when do you shovel snow?
Taylor actually hit it on the head! We really do feel sorry for you. We are looking at our snow while the sun is shining!
