Yes, once every decade we believe in having fun!

Although it is distressing to some family members, we do believe in having fun, as a family, once in a while.

Here are some things we did this summer in trying to achieve that goal.....

When Gayle and Jacob (Daynes) were here this summer, one afternoon we went downtown to Navy Pier and saw Chinese acrobats.
And then there were the summer birthdays. Here is a sneak peak of Elizabeth's day.....
Probably the most compelling family fun that we believe in is SLAVE LABOR. We try to include the whole neighborhood in working DAWN TO DUSK for us...... Cally and Celina, our next door neighbors were rallied here to help wash the car.
